Andrei appears to be the second in command behind Yuri Idrizzi. He ordered the murder of Sebastian Jones and is present to provide support for Yuri when he is being questioned in the nightclub, Are Friends Electric, by Detective John Kennex. He is assisting Yuri in destroying evidence in the Skin Lab when they are stopped by the Police.[2]
