- The FOX26 Newscasts include a number of Fringe references including Peter Bishop, Astrid Farnsworth, Gene and Massive Dynamic.
- White tulips have been shown in two episodes, Unbound and Beholder.
- In the Pilot episode, John's partner's name is Pelham. A crime scene location is in the "Pelham District."
- In the episode Perception, Elinor Church was directing music. That same music was playing when Walter was trying to think of music when he was captured by the Observers in Fringe.
