Nolan Santana was the cook that Trevor Cooper brought to a meet apparently with The Bishop.
Cooper was an undercover cop. Nolan had worked with the Fijian's previously and produced a sample of the Bends which was 84% pure. The meet turned bad when it was discovered that Cooper was an undercover cop and they shot and killed Nolan.[1]
